Inathe Saliani, The Luxe of Lipo, wants every woman to know their own greatness and be empowered by it. As women, we owe it to lift each other up and embrace our strengths and weaknesses, to truly accept and come to believe we are Flawless. Based on this belief, Flawless by Inathe was created.
Inathe is a native New Yorker, born in Bronx, NY. She graduated with a Bachelors Degree from Marymount Manhattan and began her career on Wall Street with Goldman Sachs. Where she prospered for years, finally achieving an executive level position, and leading a team 70 IT professionals on the Currency & Commodities Trading Floor. She also managed the team that created the first Private Client website.

Inathe was a member of the NJ Women’s Fund for many years. She also served as an education committee member and speaker for middle school girls in NJ. Her common theme was empowering women to follow their dreams, find what they are passionate about and become successful in whatever capacity they chose from business to homemaker.
Following her own advice and beliefs, she relocated to Florida in the Spring of 2019 in pursuit of a more holistic lifestyle that was available to her as a high-powered executive in Corporate America, Inathe has always put an emphasis on healthy living and fitness in her own personal life.
She is passionate about nutrition and balanced living which is why she believes so strongly in educating clients about not only nurturing their skin and body, but also their mind and soul.
Over the years of her corporate career Inathe’s interests were slowly pulled towards holistic healthcare. One of her friends owned a holistic, homeopathic laser treatment spa and after receiving treatments from her, Inathe fell in love with Cryion Beauty’s laser unit.
She took extensive training, became certified with the National Laser Society and opened a Laser spa. Personally, she had undergone other treatment methods, these were oftentimes invasive, and she was much happier with the healthy and safe treatments this laser provided her.
Inathe’s world today revolves around Max, her Lhasa-Poo. She rescued him in 2009 when Max was two. He was easily frightened when rescued after having been abused. With patience and care Max has transformed into the most loving and affectionate fur-baby that anybody will ever know. Max thinks that he is lucky to have Inathe as his Mommy but the truth is that Inathe is lucky to have Max.
Flawless has been a blessing in so many ways but primarily it has allowed Inathe to find and integrate into communities where she can serve and make a difference here in the Greater Tampa Bay region.
Looking forward, Inathe is incredibly passionate about the journey she has been on from corporate America into the world of small business ownership. Some of her fondest memories were of speaking about her journey and inspiring young women. With the support of the team, she has built over the last few years she is excited about the potential to share Flawless and her journey through entrepreneurship with the world. In 2023 Inathe co-authored a book titled, How to Maximize Your Network which shares the tips to building your own small business.
